About

The people already describing your problem are not hiding

Openpulse is social listening built for the one job most tools treat as a side effect: finding the public evidence that a company has a budgeted problem, and putting it in front of the person who can do something about it.

Operated by ANB Consulting and Marketing Inc. · Ontario, Canada

Why it exists: monitoring is not the same as finding

Most listening tools were built to count mentions of your brand. That is a useful thing to know and a poor way to find customers, because the people worth finding have not heard of you yet. They are describing the problem in their own words: complaining about a competitor, asking a forum which tool to use, posting a job for the role your product replaces. Your brand name appears nowhere in any of it.

So Openpulse starts from what you sell rather than from what you are called. You paste your website; it reads it, proposes the vocabulary your buyers actually use, and you edit that before anything runs. From then on it watches on a schedule, scores every candidate against that vocabulary, and delivers only the few worth reading, by email, signed webhook, or directly to an AI assistant over MCP.

The scoring is the part that decides whether any of this is worth paying for, and it is honest about its limits. Cheap gates run first, then a reranker, then a classifier that labels intent. Every signal carries its reasoning and a link to the original, because a score you cannot check is a score you should not trust.

What it reads

What it will not do

  • Log in to any platform, or read anything behind an access control. Only publicly available results are ingested.
  • Ask for your CRM or your inbox. Openpulse needs no access to any system you own.
  • Send anything on your behalf. It finds and scores; the reply is yours to write.

Who you are dealing with

Small, self-funded, and reachable. There is no support tier that decides whether a person answers you.

Legal entity
Openpulse is operated by ANB Consulting and Marketing Inc., incorporated in Ontario, Canada, and based in Toronto. The terms bind you to the corporation rather than to the trading name.
How to reach us
support@openpulse.cloud is a real address, answered by people. Security reports go to the same place; see security.txt.
How it is sold
Two self-serve plans, card up front, 14 days free and cancellable from workspace settings before the trial ends. No demo required to start, and nothing is charged for an Enterprise conversation.

Leaving

After a cancellation the subscription stays active to the end of the period you have already paid for. After that listeners stop and the workspace becomes read-only, and every signal, run and report collected while paying stays readable. We do not delete your history to make leaving expensive.
