What this page answers

Who operates this product?

ANB Consulting and Marketing Inc., incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Open Pulse is the trading name of the product.

How do I reach a person?

support@openpulse.cloud, or the contact form at /contact. A demo is a 30-minute call booked at /demo.

What does it read?

Public conversations and public job postings: Reddit, Hacker News, X, LinkedIn, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, G2, Trustpilot, YouTube, Google Reviews. Only publicly available results are ingested.

What will it not do?

It does not log in to any platform, bypass access controls, or scrape anything behind authentication. It asks for no access to your CRM or your inbox: it reads public sources and sends results outward. It does not post, message or act on your behalf anywhere.

How is it sold?

Self-serve, with a 14-day trial that takes a card up front and charges nothing during it. Enterprise is a hosted environment and a negotiated contract, arranged on a call.

Why it exists

Monitoring is not the same as finding. A keyword alert tells you a word appeared; it cannot tell you whether the person who wrote it is about to buy something, and it has no way to learn.

Open Pulse retrieves the post rather than the mention, judges intent against what you actually sell, scores it, and records why it rejected everything else. The output is a short list worth reading rather than a feed you stop opening.

What it will not do

  • Log in to any platform, or bypass an access control.
  • Ingest anything that is not publicly available.
  • Ask for access to your CRM, your inbox or any system you own.
  • Post, message or act on your behalf on any platform.
  • Claim customers, references or usage numbers it cannot show you.

Leaving

Cancel from workspace settings at any time, including during the trial.

The subscription stays active to the end of the period already paid for and listeners keep running until then. After that the workspace becomes read-only: every signal, run and report stays readable for as long as the account exists.

Subscribe again and the listeners that were stopped start back up on their original schedules.
