Questions
- Does this validate against Google's rules?
- It checks the fields Google documents as required for each type and tells you which are missing. It is not a replacement for the Rich Results Test, which checks the page as served — run that once you have published.
- Does anything I type get sent anywhere?
- No. This tool runs entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored.
- Where do I put the output?
- In a <script type="application/ld+json"> tag in the head of the page it describes. One block per page, describing that page.
